Egg breakfast pizzas

otherwise know as egg nests. fun for kids

Ingredients

• 1 wheat sandwich round with the center cut out of each side with a round cookie cutter.
• 2 eggs
• salt
• hot sauce

Preparation

Step 1

heat pam spray in saute pan
crack egg into small pyrex
warm cut out bread in pan
slowly pour cracked egg into hole in bread a little at a time so it doesn't spill over. sprinkle with salt.
let set a little then cover for a few minutes until the top of the white sets. Don't overcook the yolk. Leave it a little runny.
Serve cut into 4 "pizzle slices" dot of hot sauce on each slice looks like the pepperoni.
