Ingredients
- 1 and 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 egg room temperature
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1.5 tablespoons red food coloring
- 1 cup white chocolate chips

Step 1
Toss flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt together and set aside
Use mixture with paddle and cream butter 1 minute. add sugars until combined and then add egg, milk, vanilla. Once mixed add red food coloring. Then add dry ingredients.
Cover dough in put in fridge over night.
Preheat oven to 350. drop by tablespoonfuls. Bake each 10 to 11 minutes. Cookies do not spread a lot. Let cool 5 minutes then transfer to wire rack to cool completly. Cokkies can be frozen up to 2 months.
