Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1 stick butter (soft)
- 2 tbls. sugar
- 1/4 c. pecans
- 8 oz. cream cheese (room temp.)
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 12 oz. container cool whip
- 2 drops vanilla extract
- 2 3 1/2 oz. boxes of pistachio pudding
- 2 1/2 c. cold milk

Preparation
Step 1
Mix first 4 ingredients together and press into pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool. Mix next 4 ingredients and spread over crust. Mix final two ingredients and spread over 2nd layer. Spread remaining cool whip on top and sprinkle with pecans.
