Chicken Tortilla Casserole

Our favorite neighbor Geoff made this for us in a crockpot and we have made it over and over for parties....huge hit!

Ingredients
- 2 roasted chickens (shredded)
- 12 corn tortillas (torn up)
- 1/2 lb. grated sharp cheddar
- 1/2 lb. grated monterey jack
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. canned diced green chiles
- 1 c milk
- 1 medium onion

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion; stir in soup, milk and chiles.
Layer: chicken, tortillas, sauce, cheese. Repeat.
Cook in slow cooker for a minimum of one hour.
