Strawberry Cake

• 3 c. flour
• 3 c. sugar
• 1 tbls. cinnamon
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp. salt
• 4 eggs
• 1 1/4 c. oil
• 1 16 oz. bag frozen strawberries (thawed and mashed)
• nuts (optional)

Step 1

Grease 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Test with toothpick.
