Ingredients
- 1 8 oz. package lasagna noodles
- 3 c. heavy cream
- 2 10.75 oz. cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 tbls. olive oil
- 1/2 large onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, sliced
- 5 mushrooms, diced
- 1 roasted chicken, shredded
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 c. ricotta cheese
- 1 bunch fresh spinach,
- 3 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Step 1
Cook noodles for 10 min. or until al dente. Drain, and rinse w/cold water. In a saucepan over low heat, mix together next 4 ingredients. Simmer until well blended.
