  • 2 tbls. oil
  • 1 can green chilis (diced)
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 jap. peppers, seeded and chopped
  • 1 14 oz. can chopped tomatoes with garlic
  • 1 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach drained and thawed
  • 1 14.5 oz. can artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 1 tbls. red wine vinegar
  • 1 8 oz. pckg. cream cheese
  • 2 c. grated Monterey Jack
  • 1 1/4 c. 1/2 and 1/2
  • 1/2 tbls. granulated garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tbls. taco seasoning
  • 2 dashes hot pepper sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
