Ingredients

  • 1

    box brownie mix (9 x 13” size, prepared per package directions for CAKE-LIKE brownies (using one extra egg)

  • 1

    can sweetened condensed milk

  • 1

    bag (12 oz.) milk chocolate chips

  • 1/2

    cup sweetened coconut (the kind you use for baking)

Directions

Prepare brownie mix per package directions, using an additional egg for the “Cake-Like Brownies”. Pour onto a parchment paper lined Bar pan and follow box instructions for cooking. Allow to cool. OPTIONAL STEP: Place coconut in small Micro Cooker and microwave on high, 1 minute at a time, stirring after each minute, until coconut is browned and toasted. Allow to cool. Pour sweetened condensed milk over top of brownies, spread to edges. Sprinkle with coconut to taste (some like less, some like more.) Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top. Return to a 350° oven until warmed through and the chips are melted.
