  • Topping:
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Oatmeal
  • 1/4 Cup Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Cup Cold Butter(Do Not Substitute)

Step 1


Make bottom crusts:
1 Cup Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 1/2 T. Cold Milk
1/4 Cup Oil
Roll between waxed paper. Put in lg pie plate.
Cut up 4 cups Apples
3/4 - 1 Cup Sugar (depending on how sour they are)
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 T. Flour
Cut in butter until course crumbs.
Mix well, put on top of crust. Sprinkle topping over and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
Don't over mix. Put on top of one crust pie with apples. If browns too fast, cover loosely with foil.
