Preparation

Step 1

1 PreHeat a skillet over Med-High heat. Drizzle chops w/ Olive Oil, just enough to lightly coat the meat on both sides. Place the chop in hot pan & cook 6 to 7 min. on each side under a loose tin foil tent.
2 Once the chops are turned, season w/ Seasoning Blend or coarse Salt & Pepper, to your taste. After the chops are cooked through, remove from heat & let stand 5 min. for juices to
redistribute before serving.
3 In a Med. saucepan, working over Med. to Med-High heat, combine Apples, Sweetened Dried Cranberries, & Cran-Apple Juice concentrate. Cook apples into chucky sauce, ~ 10 min. Remove
Cran-Apple sauce from heat & let it settle.
