Artichoke Gratin

Ingredients

  • 1 c mayo
  • 1 c parmesan cheese
  • 1 c cream cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 c grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 can (414ml) artichoke hearts chopped
  • 1 jar tostitos Salsa
  • 1 bag Tositos Scoops

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 350. Mix all ingredients excluding half of the Monterey Jack cheese. Put a teaspoon of dip in each tostitos scoops and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 5 mins. Garnish with salsa and serve
