Ingredients
- 1 c mayo
- 1 c parmesan cheese
- 1 c cream cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 c grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 can (414ml) artichoke hearts chopped
- 1 jar tostitos Salsa
- 1 bag Tositos Scoops
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven 350. Mix all ingredients excluding half of the Monterey Jack cheese. Put a teaspoon of dip in each tostitos scoops and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 5 mins. Garnish with salsa and serve
