Ingredients
- Taco Seasoning
- 1/2 lb white beans (Northern or Navy)
- 2 1/4 lb chicken breat
- 4 oz butter
- 1/2 lb onion diced
- 2 tbsp mined garlic
- 3 tbsp diced jalapenos
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp ground cumin
- 1/4 cup flour
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 5 cups half and half cream
- Kosher salt to taste
- 3 tbsp cayenne papper sauce
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/4 lb shredded Monterey-Jack cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Soak beans overnite in a gallon of water, cook until done
Preheat oven to 375; season chicken with Taco seasoning
Bake approx. 30 minutes.

Dice and Serve; melt butter and sauté onion, garlic, and jalapenos until the onions are done
Drain beans and add beans to sautéed mixture. Add chili powder, cumin and flour; stirring 5 minutes.
Add chicken broth, half and half, salt, hot sauce, and Worcestershire.
cook until thicken and beans soft.
Add chicken and cheese stir until cheese melted
