Piquant Herb Sauce

Nice sweet herb sauce, that tastes great with fish. Serving sizes are very big.

Ingredients
- 1 level tbsp clear honey
- 1 level tsp Dijon mustard
- 142 g / 5 oz nonfat plain yogurt
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tbsp capers, drained
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- Handful fresh flat-leaf parsley
- Handful fresh basil

Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl and season. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
