  • 1/2 cup minced scallions
  • 1/2 cup minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup minced celery
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
