  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cups strawberries
  • vanilla yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups blackberries
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Step 1

For simple syrup, combine sugar and water in a pan and boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Cool.

Place sliced strawberries in blender, add 1/3 cup simple syrup and puree until smooth.

Pour 3 T strawberry puree into each freezer pop mold. Freeze for 30 minutes.

Add 2 T vanilla yogurt on top of strawberry layer. Return to freezer.

Puree blackberries with remaining simple syrup until smooth. Strain mixture, removing seeds and skin. Add lemon juice to puree. Divide into freezer molds, insert sticks, and freeze until solid (6 hours).
