Seasame Dressing

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 2 Tbsp. light soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp. honey
- 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1 tsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp. water

Preparation
Step 1
Toast the sesame seeds in a small skillet over medium heat until lightly browned. Remove the sesame seeds to a spice or coffee grinder or a small food processor. Grind the seeds to a powder. Put the ground seeds in a small bowl.
Add in the soy sauce and parsley, and mix. You will have a paste. In a stream, slowly add the canola oil, constantly whisking. Add in the sesame oil in the same way, constantly whisking. Add in the honey, garlic, lime juice, and water, and whisk well.
Cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
