Ingredients
- Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce:
- 2 1/2 lbs chicken wings
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3-5 tbsp Durkee hot sauce
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 oz crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Pieces of celery

Step 1
Brush wings with vegetable oil and broil for 15-20 minutes until crisped (turn at halfway point).
Mix together butter, hot sauce and red wine vinegar. Toss wings in sauce and serve with Dipping Sauce and celery.
