- 4 lg chicken breast
- bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 cups cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 10oz can cream of chicken soup
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp butter
Set up 3 bowls (milk/cheese/bread crumbs)
Spray 9x13 pan, dip chicken in bowls in order shown above.
Place in pan. Sprinkle parsley over chicken.
Cover pan and bake for 35 minutes at 400 degrees, then uncover and bake for 10 - 15 minutes
Mix soup, sour cream, and butter with whisk over high heat until hot
