Ingredients
- 3 cups air-popped popcorn
- 2 cups whole grain pretzel sticks
- 1 cup Cheerios cereal (or similar round oat cereal)
- 2 Tbsp. light soy sauce
- 2 tsp. garlic powder (or to taste)
- 1 tsp. onion powder (or to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. melted, low-calorie margarine

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Combine all ingredients and place on a large jelly roll pan.
Bake for about 20 to 30 minutes until mixture is lightly toasted and dry.
Remove from the oven and let cool. Store in individual bags for travel.
