Ingredients
- Sauce
- 1/2 cup low-fat, reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar or rice wine
- 1 Tbsp. light soy sauce
- 1 tsp. grated orange zest
- 1 tsp. sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 fresh red chili, finely chopped, or 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- Thickener
- 2 tsp. arrowroot or cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. water

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all sauce ingredients in a small bowl or measuring cup.
Combine the arrowroot or cornstarch with the water. Add to the sauce.
Add this sauce to your favorite stir fry toward the end of the cooking time. Add the sauce and toss to coat for about 1 minute.
