Ingredients
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1 cup diced yellow onions
- 1/4 cup saffron threads
- 2 cups jasmine rice
- 4 cups chicken stock

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oil in a medium pot over medium-high heat. Add onions and saffron and cook until onions are translucent. Add rice and stir to coat. Add chicken stock, then bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook, covered for 15 minutes or until rice is cooked. Turn off heat, then remove lid and fluff with a fork. Keep covered till ready to serve.
