Ingredients
- Topping:
- 2/3 Cup Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup Buttermilk
- 2 Cup Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 Cups chopped nuts
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and eggs. Stir in Milk. Add dry ingredients. Pour into 9x13 pan.
Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over batter.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins.
