Ingredients
- 1/2 lb butter, melted
- 6 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 TB peach schnapps (or flavoring of your choice)
- 2 TB vanilla
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 4 tsp baking powder

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a stand mixer until well combined. Use two spoons or a shot glass to place mixture onto the hot pizzelle iron. Cook for a few seconds until lightly browned. Remove with a fork and place on a cooling rack to cool completely.
