  • 1 1/2 lb. Pork Ribs or Pork Roast
  • 2 cans Tomato Soup
  • 1 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Vinegar
  • 1 -16 oz can Chunk Pineapple
  • 2 Green Peppers, Chopped
  • 1 Medium Onion, Chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. Worchestershire
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch in Pineapple Juice
  • 2 Carrots (Regular size), Chopped

  • 3/4 cup Vinegar

  • 3 lb. Pork Ribs or Pork Roast
  • 4 cans Tomato Soup
  • 3 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Vinegar
  • 2 -16 oz can Chunk Pineapple
  • 4 Green Peppers, Chopped
  • 2 Medium Onion, Chopped
  • 6 Tbsp. Worchestershire
  • 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch in Pineapple Juice
  • 4 Carrots (Regular size), Chopped

Preparation

Step 1

- Cut pork into pieces about 1/2 inch x 2 inches and brown. Add 1 cup water. Cover and simmer until tender (abt. 1 hour)

- Drain pineapple and reserve the juice. Combine cornstarch and pineapple juice.

- Add tomato soup, sugar, vineagar, pineapple, green peppers, onion, worchestershire sauce, and carrots to a large pot.

- Simmer sauce until veggies are nearly done. Add Cornstarch and mix and continue to simmer. Add in meat. Searve over rice.
