Ingredients

  • Raspberry Champagne Punch
  • 1 . 1 (12 oz) container frozen fruit punch
  • 2 . 1 (10 oz) package frozen raspberries
  • 3 . 3 c water
  • 4 . 1 c orange juice
  • 5 . 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 6 . 3 c ginger ale
  • 7 . 1 bottle champagne, well-chilled
  • 8 . twist of lemon
  • Sunrise Cocktails (nonalcoholic)
  • 1 . 2 c orange-passionfruit juice (from carton)
  • 2 . 1-3/4 c pineapple juice
  • 3 . 4 c lemonade
  • 4 . orange wheel - for garnishing
  • 5 . cherries - for garnishing
  • Fruited Vodka Spritzer
  • 1 . 4 limes
  • 2 . 1/4 c sugar
  • 3 . 1 liter seltzer water
  • 4 . 1 c berry-flavored vodka
  • 5 . 1 c blueberries
  • 6 . 1 c strawberries, sliced
  • 7 . lime twist, if desired

Preparation

Step 1

Raspberry Champagne Punch
1. In large pitcher, combine container frozen fruit punch, partly defrosted;
2. Add package frozen raspberries, partly defrosted;
3. Add water;
4. Add orange juice;
5. Add lemon juice.
6. Mix well. Slowly add ginger ale
7. Slowly add well-chilled champagne,
8. Stir
9. Pour into tall glasses and garnish each with a twist of lemon.

Sunrise Cocktails (nonalcoholic)
1. In larg pitcher, combine orange-passionfruit juice (from carton) and pineapple juice
2. Stir in lemonade
3. Pour into ice-filled old-fashioned glasses.
4. Garnish each glass with a skewered orange wheel and a cherry.
--Serves 10


Fruited Vodka Spritzer
1. In a large pitcher, combine limes with sugar.
2. Stir to dissolve.
3. Stir in seltzer water, berry-flavored vodka, blueberries and sliced strawberries.
4. Pour into 8 ice-filled glasses.
5. Garnish each with a lime twist, if desired
