- 1 pound large cooked, peeled, and deveined shrimp, chopped

Preparation
Stir together first 9 ingredients in a medium bowl until well blended. Cover and chill 30 minutes to 1 day. Serve with Crispy Wonton Chips.
Crispy Wonton Chips
Pour vegetable oil to a depth of 1 inch into a Dutch oven, and heat over medium-high heat to 350°. Cut each wonton wrapper into quarters. Fry, in batches, 15 to 20 seconds on each side or until golden brown and crisp. Drain on a wire rack over paper towels; sprinkle with kosher salt.
