Ingredients
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger root or 1 teaspoon dry ginger powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Colman's Mustard
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Step 1
Bring to a boil vinegar, sugar, salt and soy sauce. Mix cornstarch and dry mustard in 1/2 cup cold water. Stir it into saucepan and cook until it thickens. Grate in ginger root or add dry ginger.
Serve hot or cold
