Ingredients
- 28 oz can San Marzano tomatoes, drained with liquid reserved
- 1 small red onion, roughly chopped
- 1/2 serrano chile, or more
- 2 limes, juice only
- 4 sprigs fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Combine drained tomatoes, onion, chile, lime juice, cilantro and oil in a food processor and pulse until well combined. Season with salt and pepper. Use reserved tomato liquid to adjust consistency as desired.
