  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • Poppy seeds
  • Flour to handle

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs, add sugar, oil and poppy seeds. Add enough flour to
handle the dough—a bit at a time.
Roll out on a floured board or table cloth very very think. Cut with a cookie cutter. Pierce with a fork and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350 for about ten minutes. Keep an eye on them so they don’t burn.
