May’s Turkey Corn Flake Stuffing

Came from Julie Gold in family recipes email. Has to be baked inside the turkey.

Ingredients

• 2 cups corn flakes (crushed a little)
• 2 tbsp. matzoh meal
• 1 small onion, grated
• 3 carrots, grated
• 2 stalks celery, grated
• 2 tbsp. oil
• 2 eggs
• Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all together in a bowl. If you find it too dry, add a bit more oil.
If you find it too wet, add a bit more matzoh meal. Stuff the bird.
