- 2 lbs cream cheese, room temp
- 2 sticks butter, room temp
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 ts lemon zest

Step 1
Using a standing mixer, beat cream cheese and butter in a large mixing bowl until blended and smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and zest and beat until combined. Continue to beat until smooth and glossy, about 7 minutes.
