Ingredients

• 2 1/4 cups of all purpose flour
• 1 envelope of pizza yeast
• 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
• 3/4 teaspoons salt
• 2/3 cup warm water (120-130)
• 3 tablespoons of oil

Step 1

proof yeast in warm water and sugar
add oil
add dry ingredients and wisk together
add wet ingredients
put in oiled bowl and let double in size
