Bon Appetit/December 1980 – Table Settings Article/Kitchen Buffet Brunch
- 4 oz extra sharp cheddar cheese spread, room temperature
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 cup flour
Combine cheese and butter in medium bowl and mix well. Blend in flour. Form into walnut-size balls and place on baking sheets. Dust with paprika. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
Preheat oven to 350. Bake until bottoms of puffs are lightly browned, about 12-15 minutes. Serve hot.
