- 2 T mustard
- 1/2 lemon, juice and zest
- 16 chopped sage leaves, chopped
- 4 crushed garlic cloves
- 2 T extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 t honey
- Salt and pepper

Step 1
Combine mustard, juice and zest of lemon, chopped sage leaves, crushed garlic. oil. and honey. Season with coarse salt and freshly ground pepper. Shake well. Use to marinate chicken or pork. Let stand covered for 1 hour. Roast, broil, or grill the meat. Wipe off marinade before grilling.
