  • 2 crusts
  • 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 3 T. Min. Tapioca (do not substitute)
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 5 Cups sliced peaches (aobut 8)(Dip in boiling water and skins come right off)
  • 1/4 tsp Almond Flavor
  • Sprinkle about 2 T. butter on top of apples
