CRANBERRY SALAD

Ingredients

  • 1 3 oz. raspberry jello
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1 pkg. Knox gelatin
  • 1 T. lemon juice
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 can cranberries (whole)
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. pecans or walnuts
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • Orange peel grated

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve jello in hot water. Soften gelatin in 1 T. cold water and add to jello. Mix in well other ingredients. Pour into mold. Refrigerate.
