Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb) can cling peach halves, drained
- 1 (1 lb) can pear halves, drained
- 1 (1 lb) can pineapple slices, drained
- 1 (1 lb) can apricot halves, drained
- 1/2 cup sherry
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 4 T butter
- 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling

Step 1
In an 8” x 10” baking dish, arrange the drained peaches, pears, pineapple and apricots. Pour cherry pie filling over the fruits. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar with curry powder. Sprinkle this over the fruits. Dot top with butter and sprinkle the sherry over all. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve warm.
Superb with turkey, chicken, pork or beef. A terrific winter fruit dish.
