Ingredients

  • 12 Graham crackers
  • ¼ c sugar
  • 1 ½ sticks of butter (melted)
  • ½ c heavy cream
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 ½ c brown sugar
  • 2 c chocolate chips
  • ½ c whipping cream
  • 1 ¾ c espresso powder

Step 1

1. Pulse the graham crackers and sugar becomes fine. Now add in the melted butter – spread on the bottom of a baking sheet at 350 for 12 mins. Once cooked take out of the oven and let cool.
2. Cook the cream, butter, water and brown sugar for 5 -7 mins until the candy thermometer reads 250 degrees. Pour the cooked caramel over the cooled crust.
3. Pour the chocolate chips over the hot caramel and let them melt over top – smooth it out to cover the top. Dust the espresso powder over top.
4. Serve completely cooled with the whipped cream.
