Ingredients
- 1 12" prepared pizza crust (like Boboli)
- 1/3 c. prepared pesto
- 2 c. shredded mozzarella or multi-cheese blend
- 6-8 oz. cooked shrimp, shelled, cut into large pieces
- 1/2 c. coarsely chopped softened sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/4 c. minced green onions
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

Preparation
Step 1
Spread the pizza crust evenly with the pesto. Sprinkle on half the cheese. Top with shrimp and tomatoes. Top with remaining cheese. Sprinkle with onions and crushed red pepper.
Bake in preheated 450 degree oven directly on the oven rack for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
