Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb) can pitted sweet Bing cherries
- 1 (1 lb) can sliced peaches
- 1 (1 lb) can pear halves
- 1 (1 lb) can apricot halves
- 1 (1 lb) can pineapple chunks
- 1 1/2 cups syrup – any juice, or combination, from above
- 2 bananas, sliced thick
- 2 cups crumbled macaroon cookies
- 1 cup Madeira wine, or 1 more cup fruit syrup
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drain fruits.
Combine all ingredients in a 3 quart casserole. Cover and bake for about 1 hour. This is good with any meat.
