Ingredients

  • 1 chicken stewed, boned, cubed
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans mushrooms, drained (leave off for my family)
  • 1 4oz. green chilie's, drained & chopped
  • 1/3 cup minced onion
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 12 flour tortillas
  • 12 oz. grated cheddar cheese ( 1 cup in filling)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sour cream & soup. Spread 1/2 cup in 9x13 pan. In saucepan mix chicken with the other ingrediants. Fry tortillas in hot oil to soften. Spread with chicken (1/4 cup) mixture in center. Fold. Place seam side down. Spread with remaining mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 450* for 8-10 minutes, or until cheese melts.
