Sweet Alabama Cornbread

Ingredients

• 1 c sugar
• 1 c brown sugar (packed)
• 1 c oil
• 4 eggs, beaten
• 1 1/2 c self rising flour
• 1 t vanilla flavoring
• 2 c chopped pecans (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Grease a 9 X 13 pan. In a medium bowl, combine sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and oil using a wooden spoon. Stir until smooth. Then add self rising flour, vanilla flavoring, and pecans-mix well. Pour into dish and bake for 30 - 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
