Step 1
Roast the butternut squash with olive oil salt and pepper and pinch of nutmeg
Brown sausage the place veggies and apples with sage thyme and butter and sauté for about 10 minutes.
Make sauce with onion jam, maple syrup and mustard and add to stuffing
