Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla wafer cookies
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup neufchatel cheese
  • 1/2 cup lowfat peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 8 ounces cool whip Lite®
  • 1 1/2 cups banana, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fat free chocolate-flavored syrup

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oven to 350.

2. Process cookies until finely ground. Add sugar and butter. Pulse just until combined. Press into bottom and up sides of 9" sprayed pie plate. Bake 10 minutes, cool completely on wire rack.

3. Beat sugar, cheese, pb and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping.

4. Arrange bananas in crust, top with peanut butter. Drizzle with syrup.

5. Cover and freeze 8 hours. Let sit at room temperature 15 minutes before serving.

Excellent. Sort of sweet ... cut down on sugar?
