Ingredients
- 15 oz of ricotta cheese
- 2 lbs cooked spinach
- 1 c asiago cheese
- Meat of your cheese or (optional)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 c cream
- 1 lb shells cooked to al dente

Step 1
1. In a bowl mix together both cheeses, the cooked spinach and the meat if you are adding it.
2. For the sauce – in a sauce pan on med-high heat melt your butter. After this add the chopped up garlic and sauté a little. Once the garlic has cooked slightly lower the heat and add the cream.
3. In a baking pan that’s lightly buttered – stuff your cooked shells with the spinach and cheese mixture – line the baking pan with the stuffed shells.
4. Pour the sauce over the top and sprinkle some cheese over the top – bake in the oven at 375 for 20 mins.
