Ingredients
- 6 oz. skinned chicken for each serving
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. Barbecue sauce/serving
- diet coke
- green pepper, chopped
- onion, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Place chicken in skillet. Add vegetables and spices on top. Add mixture of diet coke. Cover 7 simmer over medium heat until chicken is done. 15-20 minutes. Add barbecue sauce. Cook 5 minutes. Remove lid and cook down until liquid is slightly thickened.
