- 3 T. soy sauce
- 3 T. honey
- 3 T. peanut oil
- 2 T. dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 scallions, finely chopped

Step 1
In a shallow non-reactive pan, mix together the soy sauce, honey, oil and mustard, then stir in the garlic and scallion. Add the meat and turn to coat it on all sides. Marinate for 15 minutes or more, if longer turn the meat occasionally.
