- 2 T kosher salt
- 1 T coarse ground black pepper
- 2 t brown sugar
- 2 t paprika
- 1 t chili powder
- 1 t onion powder
- 1 t dried oregano
- 1 t ground cumin
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 1/2 t cayenne pepper

Step 1
combine all ingredients. rub yellow mustard all over meat to adhere rub. rub brisket and refrigerate for 12-24 hours before smoking.
