Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups shredded jam
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tea. salt
- 1 (20 oz) bag refrigerated shredded hash browns.
- 2 eggs
- oil for frying

Step 1
Combine ham, green onions, flour, salt and hash browns. Add lightly beaten eggs; toss well.
Scoop mixture by 1/4 cupfuls into 1 Tbsp., oil per batch in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat; flatten slightly and cook 5 minutes on each side or until browned.
