  • 3 Cup Grated Carrots or 2 small jars baby food (carrot)
  • 3/4 Cup walnuts

Step 1

Beat sugar, eggs and oil. Add the rest and fold in carrots and nuts.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 mins in a 9x13 pan.
