Ingredients
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 1 1/3 Cup Cooking Oil
- 2 Cups Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 3 Cup Grated Carrots or 2 small jars baby food (carrot)
- 3/4 Cup walnuts

Step 1
Beat sugar, eggs and oil. Add the rest and fold in carrots and nuts.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 mins in a 9x13 pan.
Cream Cheese Frosting:
8oz Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Butter
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
